Who is Salus House designed for?
Salus House is a premium wellness and fitness facility that combines training, recovery, and community in one environment. It is designed to support both physical fitness and overall wellbeing through modern gym facilities, group classes, and recovery experiences such as sauna and ice baths.
What facilities are available at Salus House?
Salus House provides a fully equipped gym with modern strength and cardio equipment, dedicated spaces for group training and reformer Pilates, and recovery facilities including sauna and ice baths. Members also have access to changing rooms, showers, and comfortable social areas designed for relaxation or working remotely.
Do you offer group classes?
Yes, Salus House offers a variety of professionally led group classes designed to suit different goals and preferences. These typically include reformer Pilates, yoga, barre, and functional or hybrid training sessions that focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Yes, all memberships begin with a minimum commitment period of three months. After the initial three months, the membership automatically continues on a rolling monthly basis. Members can cancel at any time after the initial term by providing 30 days’ written notice.
Do you run community events or activities?
Yes, Salus House regularly hosts community-focused events designed to support members both inside and outside the gym environment. These events include run clubs, Pilates in the park sessions, and nutrition seminars, all aimed at encouraging consistency, education, and a strong sense of community among members.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available for members. You can use the Lidl car park and park in any available space. Parking is currently limited to three hours per visit. If you need to stay longer, simply inform a member of staff and they can extend your parking time.
What are your opening times?
Salus House is open seven days a week. Opening hours are 5:00am to 10:00pm Monday to Thursday, 5:00am to 9:00pm on Fridays, and 7:00am to 7:00pm on weekends, giving members the flexibility to train at times that suit their schedule.
